I am here to offer a unique approach to the cleaning world. One that is effective, efficient & safe for everyone & the earth we live on. The average person is exposed to hundreds of toxic chemicals on a daily basis, from the foods we eat, to the air we breathe, to the products we use. I knew when I started this cleaning journey I wasn’t going to add to the toxicity of our environment. Our sense of smell is a very big part of our everyday life. Different scents can transform your mood into an uplifting state, take you back to a fond memory & can also have an effect on your productivity levels.

The natural plant based cleaner I use smells wonderful on its own, but I wanted something extra to give it that wow factor! Essential oils have been used for centuries in different cultures across the world for many reasons, including healing ailments, promoting health & vitality, perfumes & sacred spiritual practices. Essential oils have powerful properties to them, not only can they help rid your home of unwanted pathogens, but they will also leave a refreshing scent behind. The use of Essential oils is not only a safe alternative to harmful chemical cleaners, but it also allows for my clients to customize the way their homes will smell. They can also leave it up to me & I will put together something that smells amazing for them!

HAVE A CLEAN SPACE?

It's not as simple as you think.

The typical response would sound something like this: ” a clean space is organized, free of dirt, germs, dust & grime & will have that just cleaned smell.” All of the above would be correct for your typical physical cleaning, but what about energetically? As busy humans we encounter a lot of different energies throughout our day, some good & some not so good. We take these energies home with us & offload them onto our family, pets & also the house itself. How do we rid our homes of that negative energy? By saging or sending reiki to the house. At Sage & Suds I offer a cleaning experience like none other, I call it cleansing the house as a whole. When I am finished you will be left with a fresh smelling home that is both physically & energetically cleaned!
